The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Water Management Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient water operations and delivering exceptional service within the utilities sector, utilising the Kraken System.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management and operational oversight of water supply systems, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Utilise the Kraken System to monitor, analyse, and report on water system performance and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies for water conservation and sustainability efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to optimise service delivery.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, maintaining high standards of reliability.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
About You
- Proven experience in the utilities sector, with a focus on water operations.
- Strong proficiency in the Kraken System, with the ability to leverage technology for operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- Problem-solving skills, with the capacity to manage challenges effectively.
- Commitment to sustainability and innovation in water management.
