The Opportunity
Join our dynamic Project Management Team as we are seeking a dedicated professional experienced in managing water projects. This role is essential for overseeing water management projects effectively, ensuring they meet compliance and quality standards within the utilities sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, execution, and completion phases, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Implement and monitor NAV for project tracking and financial management.
- Ensure all projects comply with Safety, Health, Environment, and Assurance (SHEA) standards, promoting safe work practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address any project challenges.
- Maintain all necessary project documentation and reports, ensuring accuracy and availability for stakeholders.
Experience
- Extensive experience in water project management within the utilities sector.
- Proficiency with NAV for effective project management and financial oversight.
- SHEA Water experience and Blue Card qualification are mandatory.
- Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSTS) certification is preferred.
- Strong leadership capabilities and excellent organisational skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
