Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently for both B2B and B2C customers.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our water services to effectively assist and educate customers.
- Manage written customer communications, ensuring clarity, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Utilise robust problem-solving skills to identify a range of solutions, proactively addressing customer concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and develop strategies for an enhanced customer experience.
- Create and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions for accurate reporting and analysis.
