As a key member of the Sales & Commercial team, this role offers full visibility across the sales lifecycle and valuable exposure to utility infrastructure projects. Coordinate the onboarding of new projects, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are in place prior to operational handover.
Act as a central coordination point between Sales, Commercial, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project progression.
Support and administer NAV and utility adoption processes, tracking milestones and proactively highlighting risks or delays.
Provide timely administrative support and updates for key clients and internal stakeholders.
Assist with reporting on sales activity, pipeline status, and key performance metrics as required.
Manage diaries, meetings, and scheduling for the Sales team.
Support continuous improvement of internal sales processes, documentation, and administrative systems.

Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and DocuSign.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing structured project data.
